The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and have prior experience in working in a dental office environment. Responsibilities Greet patients as they arrive and provide exceptional customer service Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and handle patient billing inquiries Answer phone calls and respond to patient emails Manage patient records, update charts, and ensure all patient information is accurate and up-to-date Coordinate with other dental staff members to ensure smooth workflow and patient care Follow up with patients and schedule appointments for future visits Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Other requirements Familiarity with dental management software.
