Duties Actively promote and sell our products or services to prospective clients through direct outreach, networking events, and follow-up communications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, answering inquiries promptly, and understanding their needs. Assist with event planning activities including scheduling, logistics coordination, vendor communication, and on-site management to ensure successful execution of promotional events. Manage calendar appointments for executives using Calendars , and CRM Workspace to optimize scheduling efficiency. Provide comprehensive administrative support such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, transcription tasks, and maintaining organized records. Handle phone etiquette professionally across multi-line phone systems; respond to inquiries courteously and direct calls appropriately. Basic Accounting knowledge Support office management duties such as supply ordering, filing systems maintenance, front desk coverage, and office organization. Coordinate projects across departments by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Communication between broth dental office to coordinate the doctor task Skills Proven experience in sales roles combined with personal assistant responsibilities; previous experience in office management or administrative support is highly valued. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Social Media Skills Experience in event planning from logistics coordination to on-site execution. Knowledge of bookkeeping practices including data entry and financial record management. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times. Familiarity with project coordination tools and techniques to track progress across multiple initiatives effectively.
