Summary We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at our Leon Springs office. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional dental services. Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean dental office Manage patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations. Provide support in general dentistry, ensuring patients feel comfortable during visits. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Utilize Denticon software for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. Assist in the administration of anesthesia as directed by the dentist. Requirements Previous experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) o is preferred. Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures is essential. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications is a plus.
