A brand-new, airway-focused pediatric dental practice in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a Dental Assistant who is warm, gentle, and highly skilled at chairside support. Our mission is to nurture healthy, thriving children through functional dentistry and whole-body wellness—and we’re building a team that reflects that passion. What You’ll Do: Assist the pediatric dentist with chairside procedures (restorative, preventive, and surgical) Comfort and support children throughout their visits with kindness and patience Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage supplies Take high-quality digital X-rays Enter chart notes and treatment plans accurately in Eaglesoft Communicate with families with warmth, clarity, and compassion Support and uphold the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Communication, Growth, and Whole-Body Wellness What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience preferred) Active Florida dental assistant certifications (including X-ray license) Excellent chairside skills and a calm, nurturing presence with children Familiarity with Eaglesoft a plus Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Reliable, professional, and eager to grow with a mission-driven practice Position Details: Part-time: Monday, Wednesday 9am-5pm; Friday 9am-2pm Spanish or Haitian-Creole is a plus!
