Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Fresno, CA

We are immediately seeking an experienced RDA to welcome New Patients to our practice daily. From x-rays, hygiene perio-charting to treatment, orient them to the practice and provide excellence in the new patient experience focused on what makes WDG unique and exceptional. Who we are - we opened Willow Dental Group to provide patients with a dental experience unlike any they have ever had. We shower our patients with gifts, complimentary coffee bar, WDG water bottles, FREE lip balm, FREE pens and more at each visit. We even have a comfort menu to choose from so that our patients experience optimal comfort and even look forward to their next visit with us. The new patient experience should be a red carpet experience and we are looking for an RDA to deliver that to our new patients. We believe in relationships not just teeth. What we expect from you - we are looking for a reliable professional with good communication and organization skills and a proven ability to take digital impressions, photos & x-rays. A positive attitude is a must and you will responsible for facilitating same-day treatment and anticipating the needs of the dentist, serving patients and team with excellence consistently. We offer CEREC, Itero, Invisalign, ZOOM! teeth whitening, lasers, monthly specials, and all the best materials and amenities for our team and our patients. 1-3 years minimum dental experience & Dentrix is required. Attention to detail and personal accountability will aid in your success. Active listening is key, honesty and a high standard of integrity - doing what you say you will do - is expected. Ensuring to escort patients through the new patient experience professionally and consistently is a must. We are looking for someone who likes to work hard and get the job done.
