As our Front Office Coordinator, youâll play a key role in keeping our days running smoothly by greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting the flow between our front and back office. What matters most is a genuine understanding of teamwork, knowing how your role supports others and contributes to an organized & positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments according to practice agenda Answer phones and manage patient communication Verify insurance and collect co-pays Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure an excellent patient experience Qualifications: Minimum 1â2 years dental front office coordinator experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English or other) CPR certified Experience with treatment planning and case presentation Back-office knowledge is a plus Job Type: Full-Time, MondayâFriday + one Saturday a month (the second Saturday, with the preceding Wednesday off) Start Date: As soon as possible Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee mentoring program Financial planning services Free parking On-the-job training Language: Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
