Each team member is assigned a mentor, will receive the necessary certifications and completes weeks of PAID training prior to seeing their first patient. Various check-ins are pre-scheduled in order to verify the transition into a new role is progressing smoothly. You will also have direct access to support from your peers, Team Leader, Office Manager, and Practice Owner.
