Our goals and efforts are always in harmony with our mission and vision. Position Summary Weâre seeking a motivated, team-oriented Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join our growing practice. As an integral member of our clinical team, youâll work directly with our hygienists, dentists, and admin staff to provide exceptional care, education, and service to our patients. Youâll support independent providers while enjoying a consistent, professionally rewarding work environment. **This is a lead role and experience as a dental assistant with leadership skills is required. What Youâll Do Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist providers during exams, and procedures Support appointments by taking X-rays, reviewing medical history, and educating patients on oral health Manage patient flow, ensure comfort and safety, and help maintain an efficient, welcoming atmosphere Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, treatment plan coordination, ordering, compliance management and enforcement, and support back office management Hours are Mon 8-5, Tue 8-5, Wed 8-1, Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-12 What Weâre Looking For Current Colorado dental assisting certification with EDDA experience X-ray certification preferred or willing to obtain CPR certification (or willing to get certified) Strong interpersonal skills, reliable, and team-first mindset Passion for preventive care, patient education, and supporting independent dental providers Experience with dentures, restorations and extractions Why Join Us?
