Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join their team. This opportunity has a starting salary range of $22-$25/hourl y and offers a Full Time Schedule M-TH:7:40AM-5PM & F:9AM-12PM Benefits 401(K) 6 PAID HOLIDAYS HEALTH INSURANCE PAID TIME OFF (PTO) Responsibilities Assist the dentist with a variety of dental procedures, including crowns, dentures, and routine ortho treatments. Independently manage patient care when appropriate, ensuring comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures. Take and record patient vitals, dental histories, and radiographs. Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft dental software. Educate patients on oral health care and post-treatment instructions. Support the team with daily administrative and clinical tasks as needed. Demonstrate leadership and proactive problem-solving within the dental team. Qualifications Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent for the state of Oklahoma Minimum of 2 years of ortho experience. Strong leadership skills and ability to work proactively. Reliable, teachable, and able to work independently. Experience assisting with crowns and dentures. Proficiency with Eaglesoft software preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
