Job Description: As a Dental Assistant/ Floater, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Your responsibilities will include: Sterilization: Properly cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental instruments, equipment, and surfaces. Instrument Preparation: Assembling and packaging instruments and equipment for dental procedures. Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering materials as needed. Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulations. Collaboration: Working closely with the dental team to support smooth clinic operations. Assisting : Assisting with patients in an operatory setting. Administration : Scheduling appointments, checking patients in, assisting with phones. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in dental is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
