Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Tempe, AZ
Full-time Front Office position available for busy practice located in Tempe, AZ. Looking for hard working individual that is ready for a fast-paced practice. (2 doctors, 3 hygienists) Must have minimum 2 years of experience with front office, in a dental office. Must be very personable and friendly. Duties will include: Answering phones, Patient in-take, collecting data, scheduling appointments, Discussing dental procedures and copays with patients. 4-day work week. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN: CUSTOMER SERVICE DENTRIX INSURANCE VERIFICATION HANDLING MULTIPLE PHONE LINES MULTI-TASKING SKILLS BASIC WORD/EXCEL KNOWLEDGE COLLECTIONS Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
