The ideal candidate will provide leadership to our clinical team while ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as an RDA At least 2 years of back-office supervisory experience Must have experience in Orthodontics, Dental Implants, and OS Current RDA license Current BLS certification Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
