Currently, our practice is seeking a Dental Assistant/EFDA for our office in Happy Valley, OR! The ideal candidate will bring ample dental assisting experience, be self-motivated and have a team first mentality! Responsibilities: Assist with various dental procedures in a clinical setting. Build strong relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Take X-rays and impressions accurately and efficiently. Maintain digital workflow systems and keep patient records up to date. Follow infection control procedures, including sterilization protocols, to maintain a safe and clean environment. Adhere to OSHA standards and ensure the practice is always in compliance. Provide exceptional customer service, from scheduling appointments to helping patients feel at ease during their visit. Assist with CEREC procedures (training can be provided). Provide support for surgical and implant procedures, if applicable. Required Qualifications: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant. Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality care and patient experience. Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude. Proficiency in taking X-rays, dental impressions, and using digital workflow tools. OSHA and CPR certifications. Proficiency with computer systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CEREC and Invisalign. Experience assisting with surgical and implant procedures. EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) certification is a plus, but not required. Compensation $28 - $35/hr (Dependent on Experience)
