Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office. Certification (CDA) is preferred but not required—on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during dental procedures (chairside assistance). Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms. Take dental X-rays (must meet Florida radiography requirements). Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and charts. Support the front desk team when needed (scheduling, patient check-in). Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates). Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential a plus. Radiology/X-ray certification in Florida required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish required). Must be eligible to work legally in the United States Must have knowledge of Eaglesoft or other dental software What We Offer $18/hour starting pay. Supportive and positive work environment.
