Love Smiles Dentistry is seeking an experienced, friendly, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team at our patient-focused, private practice in Sarasota. Key Responsibilities: Chairside assisting for restorative, endo, extractions, hygiene support, etc. Digital X-rays, sterilization, and infection control Patient education and room setup Basic lab work and occasional front-office help (greeting, helping the office flow smoothly) Requirements: CDA/RDA with years of experience (10+) Current X-ray certification Proven ability to work as a team and/or independently Strong attention to detail and positive attitude Bonus: Eaglesoft experience, expanded functions Office Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm, Wednesday 7:45am-2pm We offer IRA, IRA matching %, PTO, Employee In-Office Dental Pay Rate $20-$27 (based on experience and qualifications) To Join Our Team Please Submit Your Resume Can't Wait To Hear From You!
