Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our family owned dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival , ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage patient appointments using dental practice management software - DENTRIX Collect payments and perform medical collections when necessary Prepare and review patient documentation , including intake forms, medical histories, care plans, and consent forms Answer phone system professionally with excellent phone etiquette; direct calls appropriately and handle inquiries efficiently Support office management task s including filing, data entry , faxing, scanning, and maintaining organized medical records Qualifications - Prior experience in a dental office is highly anticipated - Proficiency in using dental software like Dentrix - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective patient communication Please call or submit your resume .We in process of hiring immediately!!!
