Job Overview: We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team at our private office in Oneonta, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality oral healthcare services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of dental hygiene techniques. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Duties: - Clean teeth, examine patients for oral diseases or disorders, and provide preventative dental care as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, utilizing medical documentation to track patient progress and outcomes. - Adhere to aseptic technique and follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and regular dental check-ups.
