Associate General Dentist â 1 Full-Time Openings Job Summary We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Skillman office on March 1, 2026 , and we are seeking one talented, driven Full-Time Associate General Dentist to join our growing team in our Skillman location. About Our Practice Opening March 2, 2026 Established DSO-supported private group practice with a proven track record of success 4 operatories (2 doctor chairs, 2 hygiene chairs) Schedule 5 Days a week Patient base: ~80% PPO, 20% FFS â No Medicaid or HMO/DMO Technology: Pan, Trios, iTero, Digital X-Rays, Dentrix Ascend Practice Management System Duties & Responsibilities Perform a full range of dental procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and restorative work Conduct routine and periodontal evaluations Diagnose and treat oral diseases with a patient-focused approach Provide patient education on oral hygiene and treatment options Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with standards of care Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and fellow providers to ensure efficient, quality patient care Adhere to aseptic and infection control protocols for a safe environment Preferred Qualifications 3â4 years of clinical experience required (5+ years strongly preferred) Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry and patient education Additional focus in endodontics, oral surgery, or periodontics preferred Invisalign experience highly desirable GPR or AEGD completion a plus Team-oriented with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues Compensation & Benefits Competitive daily guarantee plus % of collections $2,500 Annual CE allowance Supportive team environment and opportunities for clinical growth Negotiations in progress for full-time benefits including medical insurance and 401(k) If you are passionate about dentistry, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and looking for a practice where you can plant your roots, we would love to hear from you.
