Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Gainesville, VA

Gainesville Dental Arts is a well established , General And cosmetic dental office that is looking for a committed individual who is looking to grow in their role as the practice grows. The practice is looking for an experienced Practice coordinator who can multi-task while promotes a safe, pleasant, and harmonious environment for the doctor, Hygeinist and the patients. We are seeking a person who will be the face of our practice for a long term. The ideal candidate would have at least 3-4 of experience of working front desk duties/management with some clinical background. The major DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to: Scheduling patient appointments. Verifying patient benefits/coverage/eligibility. Presenting & explaining tx plan. Calculating and collecting patient co-pays. Processing insurance claims. Following-up with insurance for pending claims. Managing Account Receivable to ensure all Patient accounts are current. Generate & schedule recall check-up appointments. End-of-day, End-of-month balancing. Respond to patient questions, concerns or complaints as needed Responsible for complying with OSHA, HIPAA security, and privacy policies at all times. The desired qualities are being punctual, reliable, friendly, detail-oriented and able to work without supervision. It is essential that the candidate have GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, COMPUTER SKILLS AND BE FAMILIAR WITH DENTRIX SOFTWARE.
