Job Description: We are a friendly, patient-focused dental office looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our front office running smoothly and ensuring our patients have a great experience from check-in to check-out. We are willing to train the right candidate on the job. Responsibilities Include: Greeting and checking in patients Checking out patients after treatment and collecting payments Verifying dental insurance eligibility daily Ensuring all required paperwork is sent to patients prior to being seated Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries Scheduling patients for the correct type and length of appointments Explaining treatment plans and answering basic questions Maintaining accurate and organized patient records Using Archy dental software for scheduling and patient management Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and organized demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dental office experience is a plus, but not required Experience with dental billing and insurance is a plus Willingness to learn and be trained on the job Experience with Archy dental software is a plus, but not required Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour Work Location: In person
