You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team helping people through life-changing procedures like full arch implants, cosmetic transformations, and advanced restorative care. Yes, we care about case acceptance and filling the schedule. But what we really care about is connection. And trust. If you’ve got warmth, attention to detail, and the ability to connect with people quickly — we can train you on the rest. Role: As a Treatment Coordinator , you will be responsible for removing barriers for potential patients to help move them forward with their treatment to improve their overall oral health. Responsibilities: Build Rapport with patients and close gaps patients may have on treatment & following up with patients properly. Collect payment Maintain an organized CRM & manage your queues. Follow and suggest improvements to current processes Attend training meetings each week Qualifications: Experienced in SALES is preferred Track and meet KPI's CRM systems experience preferred B2C sales experience a plus Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills Displays a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level Start date is flexible. Hours are Mon–Thurs, 8–5.
