Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full Time - New Essence Dentistry - Sacramento, CA

Pay: $22–$28/hr (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, Tue–Fri (no weekends) About Us New Essence Dentistry is a modern, patient-focused private practice with 5 operatories. We use digital workflows , including an in-house Medit intraoral scanner , to deliver efficient, high-quality care. We’re building a strong, drama-free team and looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to grow with us long-term. Responsibilities Chairside assisting (general dentistry, crowns, extractions, implants a plus) Assist with digital impressions using Medit scanner Scan patients for crowns, bridges, and restorative cases Room setup and breakdown Sterilization and infection control X-rays and patient education Support smooth daily workflow and patient experience Requirements Active California RDA license 1+ year experience preferred Comfortable with digital dentistry Experience with intraoral scanners (Medit preferred) or willingness to learn Strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork RDAEF is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits $22–$28/hr (DOE) Paid holidays & PTO Opportunity for raises and performance bonuses Modern equipment & efficient systems Supportive owner-doctor (private practice, not corporate) Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid sick time Paid time off Professional development assistance Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
