Registered Dental Assistant - Joyful Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Braces - San Antonio, TX

We are looking for an Experienced RDA to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily clinical operations. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist with procedures, managing dental assistants’ schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Requirements: Must have a valid Registered Dental Assistant certification Must have experience in pediatric dentistry Must have Nitrous oxide certification Must have Sealant certification Must have valid CPR certification Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership/management experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus Schedule: 3-4 weekdays and at least 2 Saturdays/month.
