Why Join Us Modern, high-tech dental office Supportive, professional team culture Prime Los Angeles location on Wilshire Blvd No weekends â excellent work-life balance Flexible schedule options: 4 days (10 hours/day, M-TH) or 5 days (8 hours/day, M-F) Key Responsibilities Be a strong team player and make our practice your professional home Maintain efficient, productive, and well-balanced schedules Professionally manage phone calls, messages, and new patient inquiries Demonstrate strong call conversion skills while multitasking Track, record, and report case presentation outcomes Follow up consistently on pending treatment plans Communicate daily progress and results with management and doctor Manage workflow efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service and patient care Insurance & Financial Responsibilities Strong understanding of dental insurance processes including billing, pre-authorizations, verifications, and eligibility In-depth knowledge of insurance plans Confidently present financial arrangements including CareCredit, LendingClub , and other financing options What Weâre Looking For Minimum 3+ years of dental office experience (required) Proven experience in front office operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer literate with experience in dental software programs Patient-first mindset with professionalism and warmth Seeking stability, growth, and long-term commitment If you are an experienced dental professional looking for a stable, people-centered practice where your skills are valued and your role truly matters, we would love to hear from you.
