Dental Office Front Desk Administrative Team Member - Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics of Livermore - Livermore, CA

We are an award-wining, established private Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic office in Livermore in search of the perfect person to join our hard working, friendly, and success driven team. We need a hardworking, committed individual who is ready to come to an office where customer service and great dental care come first. Candidate must have excellent phone and people skills, be proficient with email, internet and computers. Ideal candidate must take initiative and be a self-starter as well as be able to problem solve. Electronic insurance billing and experience working with insurance companies is a plus. Eaglesoft knowledge is also a plus. We would love to meet you, and for you to come meet our team. Responsibilities include: Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. New patient intake. Handling all communication with referring specialists and other professional offices. Following-up on outstanding insurance claims. Insurance benefit verification. Oversee overdue patient communication / manage recall list. Ensuring a positive patient experience from checking in to checking out. Necessary skills include: Computer and technology literate. Able to learn quickly and problem solve. Effective communicator. Multi-tasking. Organized. Reliable. Able to follow through. Takes direction well. Works well with others. Detail oriented. Required Experience: Minimum of 1 Year experience required of working at the front desk of a dental office.
