Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, people-oriented individual to join our driven team. The ideal candidate will have a service mindset, strong attention to detail and efficiency, with a bright and enthusiastic demeanor. This person prides themselves on strong and open communication and a willingness to learn how to manage multiple task sets. And most importantly - someone who likes to have fun in their work!
** Preferred but not required experience: some front office tasts such as insurance verification, scheduling, patient coordination.
Responsibilities
- Working with clinical tasks and patients during treatment
- Assisting Dr. JJ with treatment, notes, and various administrative tasks
- Assisting back-office with instrument sterilization, room disinfection
- Engaging with patients as a "Concierge" to enhance the patient experience.
- Utilizing state of the art technology to maximize patient care and appointment flow
- Assisting Ryan with patient coordination, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling
Monday - Thursday + 1st Saturday/mo in am.
