Our ideal candidate has a passion for dentistry, a desire to learn and grow, and a commitment to co-creating personalized treatment plans that support both oral and overall health. Compensation: $50 - $60 hourly Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive hygiene care in a patient-centered environment Update and review medical and dental histories for accuracy and completeness Deliver thorough patient education focused on prevention and whole-body wellness Document findings accurately using SOP notes and digital charting Capture high-quality clinical photos and update routine radiographs as indicated Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are maintained Prioritize patient comfort and a positive experience at every visit Qualifications: Registered Dental Hygienist with a current and active license Current CPR certification Minimum of one year of clinical experience Passion for continuous learning and growth in advanced hygiene practices About Company Lawrenceville Smiles is a private, family-owned prosthodontic specialty office dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our patients.
