Our growing, patient-focused dental practice is looking for a dental assistant with front desk experience to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both chairside and at the front office when needed. The position is for our Boca Raton office, but someoe that can also travel to our Jupiter office is ideal. This is a great opportunity for a team player who enjoys variety in their day and wants to be part of a a positive, professional environment focused on providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities may include: Assisting the doctor chairside during dental procedures Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate clinical notes Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Greeting patients and creating a welcoming patient experience Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule Assisting with patient check-in/check-out Answering phones and helping with general administrative tasks Presenting treatment plans and reviewing financing options with patients Helping patients understand recommended treatment and scheduling needed care Qualifications: Dental assisting experience with expanded duties required Front desk or dental reception experience preferred Knowledge of dental software (Eaglesoft or similar is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional attitude with patients and team members Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the practice If you are motivated, reliable, and enjoy working both clinically and administratively, we would love to hear from you.
