Weâre looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and patient-centered Dental Assistant who wants to be part of something meaningful. You will work directly with Dr. Mersh , assisting in General Dentistry, implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign/SureSmile, digital workflows, photography, and smile makeover experiences. What Youâll Do Chairside assisting for implant surgery, biomimetic dentistry, cosmetic veneers, and general dentistry Digital workflows (CBCT, intraoral scanning, photography) Surgical setup + breakdown (sterile technique) Lab coordination for cosmetic/implant cases Post-op follow-up + patient care Ordering + inventory management Building a spa-like patient experience (amenities, comfort items, hospitality touches) Occasional support at front desk when needed Qualifications Florida Dental Assistant certification Radiology certified Experience with implants/surgery is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person Kind communicator, calm under pressure, solution-oriented Loves learning + growth Comfortable with technology Bonus points if you have: Experience with CBCT Trios scanning Photography for cosmetic cases Experience with SureSmile or Invisalign Implant/surgical assisting experience Who Thrives Here People who care about details People who want to grow clinically People who appreciate aesthetic dentistry People who enjoy a calm, luxury patient experience People who love teamwork and good energy We are a no-ego environment.
