Dental Assistant certification (RDA) Orthodontic experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person! Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using digital dental software CPR certification Your Responsibilities Will Include: ✅ Assisting the orthodontist during a wide range of procedures, including placing and adjusting brackets, wires, retainers, and Invisalign ✅ Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control protocols ✅ Taking and developing digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and impressions or 3D scans (iTero experience a plus) ✅ Educating patients on appliance care, oral hygiene, and post-procedure instructions ✅ Managing patient records and updating charts with treatment notes ✅ Supporting front desk with patient scheduling or coordination as needed ✅ Ensuring a smooth, stress-free, and positive experience for every patient Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Paid time off Work Location: In person
