We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who enjoys patient education and working as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings including prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal maintenance Take dental radiographs and intraoral photos using an intraoral camera Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal disease Review intraoral images with patients to help them understand their oral health and treatment needs Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants when indicated Document treatment and patient findings accurately in the dental chart Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients Assist the dentist during exams when needed Support a positive patient experience and team environment Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills Team-oriented and professional attitude Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid time off CE opportunities Supportive team environment Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: In person
