We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. Duties: - Perform dental procedures such as crown and bridge, full and partial dentures, fillings, extractions, endodontics and restorative implants - Diagnose and treat oral health issues - Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and options Skills: - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school - Active state dental license - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures to patients - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records We offer competitive compensation which is 37% of production with a $850 per day($114/ hr ) guaranteed base salary. For a fulltime Dentist working 37.5 hrs/week that equates to $232,000 per year minimum guaranteed paid weekly as a W2 employee. The current associate who after 5 years of working in our office is moving for her husbands anesthesiologists residency was making over $265,000 a year. The practice has 3 full time General Dentists and 3 full time Dental Hygienists. We are the largest private practice in Central Massachusetts seeing over 130 new patients a month.
