Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Las Vegas, NV
Aloha Dental is a growing dental practice committed to providing high-quality care and excellent patient experiences. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Dental Assistant who can help manage back-office flow while supporting the front desk when needed. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist doctor with a wide range of dental procedures including restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, and implants Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns Ensure operatories are properly set up, stocked, and sterilized Help maintain OSHA and infection control compliance Train and support dental assistants Help manage back-office workflow and scheduling efficiency Assist front desk when needed with patient check-in/out, scheduling, and basic insurance questions Maintain clinical inventory and supply ordering Requirements Lead or senior dental assistant experience preferred Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures Experience with digital X-rays Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with implants or oral surgery Some front desk experience (scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the practice Schedule Monday â Friday No weekends We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and passionate about patient care.
