Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist /DAto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and ensuring a positive experience for patients. Duties - Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns - Verify insurance information and process payments - Maintain patient records accurately and securely - Assist with medical coding and billing procedures - Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively - Uphold HIPAA compliance standards in all interactions Requirements - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in using dental software such as Open Dental is a plus and we train hands on prefer BILINGUAL candidates - Knowledge of medical collections, coding, and insurance verification - Strong clerical skills including 10-key typing - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures IMMEDIATE FILL POSITION 1-3 DAYS so please apply if a 2 week notice does not apply to you.
