Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist in clinical procedures, provide patient education, and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow while communicating effectively with our Spanish-speaking patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and surgical treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Record patient medical and dental histories accurately. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures in Spanish and English. Schedule patient appointments and assist with office administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Qualifications: DA/RDA certification required. X-ray and Polishing certifications required. Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency preferred. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
