Dental Assistant Location: Chesapeake, VA (Great Bridge Area) Work Schedule: Monday â Friday (Full-Time; 4 Days a week) We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team. We are a family run private-practice dental office that has been in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake, Virginia for over 39 years! The Benefits 4 Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday one week, Tuesday-Friday the next week. Who doesn't like a 4-day weekend every other weekend?!?! Key Responsibilities Work with our 5 wonderful Dentists and provide high-quality chairside assistants (four-handed dentistry). Take Digital X-rays; intra-oral, PAN, and CT scans. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment. Utilize Open Dental software for patient charting and records (training provided). Requirements Hard worker Eager to learn new techniques. General Dentistry Operative Skills: Minimum of 2 years of Dental Assisting experience. Knowledge with Digital X-rays Certification: Must be certified in Radiography Safety. Software: Knowledge of Open Dental is a significant plus, but we are happy to train the right person - It's easy to learn!
