What You’ll Be Doing: Assist our skilled orthodontist in a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring top-tier care and comfort for our patients. Take diagnostic records including photos, panoramic x-rays, and cephalometric x-rays. Complete daily morning and evening duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Act as an infection control champion, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment while ensuring our office is always up to the highest standards. Make a lasting impact by helping patients feel at ease before, during, and after treatments. Provide essential post-treatment instructions and teach patients great oral hygiene practices. Use office management software and technology to streamline operations and keep the practice running smoothly. Work closely with the Clinical Flow team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient appointment scheduling.
