Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic endodontic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting dentists during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, excellent chairside manners, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the doctor during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols Take dental X-rays while adhering to safety standards Manage patient records and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Utilize TDO Endo for patient management and scheduling Conduct preliminary assessments; medical history Educate patients on post-treatment care Operate dental equipment including cone beam for imaging purposes Support patients by creating a comfortable environment Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental clinic setting Familiarity with endodontic software (TDO) is encouraged Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy Ability to perform chairside assisting effectively while maintaining patient comfort Strong understanding of infection control practices in a clinical environment Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and support Ability to manage medical records accurately and efficiently Join our team!
