Dental Assistant (Full-Time) – Growth Opportunity ✨ Looking for a positive, team-oriented Dental Assistant who wants to grow with a modern private practice. Location: Jupiter, FL Practice: Jupiter Smile Care Dentistry Job Summary Join our growing dental team where your role will directly support patient care and daily clinical flow. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn , with the ability to support both clinical and occasional front office tasks in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during general dentistry procedures Support Lead Dental Assistant with clinical flow and efficiency Prepare and break down operatories using proper infection control protocols Perform sterilization and manage autoclave processes Take dental X-rays (if certified) Help maintain patient comfort throughout visits Occasionally assist hygiene with room turnover Provide light front desk support (phones, scheduling, patient flow) Experience & Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and sterilization protocols Familiarity with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable helping wherever needed in the practice Compensation & Benefits $16–$24/hour (based on experience and growth) Paid Time Off Dental benefits 401(k) Opportunity for advancement as the practice grows Schedule Full-time | Monday–Thursday (3-day weekends) Apply Please submit your resume and a short note about yourself.
