Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting during dental procedures Infection control and sterilization procedures Taking digital X-rays and assisting with charting Preparing treatment rooms and instruments Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment Taking impressions and assisting with scanning when needed Helping the clinical team keep the day running smoothly Technology in Our Office We believe in using modern tools that support efficient, high-quality care: Dentrix practice management software Digital X-rays CBCT 3D imaging CEREC scanning technology What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate CPR certification required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Detail-oriented and dependable Friendly, patient-centered communication style A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Compensation & Benefits $16 – $19 per hour (DOE) Benefits include: Paid Time Off (PTO) Fun team lunches, celebrations, and team-building activities Supportive team environment focused on growth and learning Join Our Team At Guardian Family Dental, we believe a great team creates great patient experiences.
