Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant at Signal Mountain Family Dentistry Our small, established private practice on Signal Mountain is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly team. The workdays are normally Monday–Thursday 8:00 A.M. until 5 P.M., making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a consistent schedule, great patients, and a low-stress environment. On the first week of every month, we are closed on Wednesday and work from 8:30 A.M. until 1 P.M. on Friday. We are a small team and rely on each other, so we are looking for someone who is dependable and takes pride in being punctual and prepared each day. Our practice is locally owned and operated by the dentist. We practice primarily bread-and-butter general dentistry and pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a relaxed, professional environment. Schedule Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break (12:00–1:00) No evenings or weekends Responsibilities Chairside assisting during dental procedures Preparing and breaking down operatories Instrument sterilization and maintaining sterilization flow Taking dental X-rays Charting and clinical notes Assisting with scheduling patients’ next appointments Compensation & Benefits $22-27 per hour depending on experience Retirement plan available with 3% employer match Predictable daytime hours Supportive, team-oriented office environment Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Comfortable with general dentistry procedures Organized, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication skills We use Oryx cloud based practice management software.
