Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Gastonia, NC
We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant to join our growing team. Ideal candidate will be willing to work two days in Shelby, NC at our second location. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients. This is a full-time position in a dynamic and patient-focused dental practice. Duties: - Assist dentists during procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Take dental x-rays - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Perform office tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations Qualifications: - Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures - Strong patient assessment skills - Understanding infection control protocols - Ability to maintain aseptic technique during procedures - Skilled in accurate medical documentation -Experience not required, training available for entry level assistants Salary commensurate with applicant experience!
