What Youâll Be Responsible For Chairside assisting for a wide range of general dentistry procedures Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms efficiently Taking high-quality digital X-rays Ensuring smooth patient flow and on-time appointments Supporting the doctor and team to maintain a productive, organized day Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards Assisting with patient communication and ensuring a comfortable experience What Weâre Looking For Active Registered Dental Assistant license (required) X-ray certification (required) Experience in general dentistry preferred Familiarity with Open Dental (preferred but not required) Ability to stay focused, efficient, and proactive throughout the day Strong teamwork mindsetâsomeone who contributes, not waits to be directed Reliable attendance and professionalism We are open to newer dental assistants who are highly motivated and coachable.
