Dental Assistant â Join Our Growing Private Practice Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL Hours: MondayâFriday, 9:00 AMâ5:00 PM | Weekends & Major Holidays Off Weâre a brand-new, privately owned dental practice in Palm Beach Gardens, and weâre looking for a talented full-time Dental Assistant to join our team. What Youâll Do Welcome patients and help them feel at ease Prepare patients for treatments or checkups Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry Take digital X-rays Fabricate temporary crowns Work comfortably with a high-end clientele Assist with front office duties as needed Perform lab tasks as instructed Monitor and order supplies Mentor less experienced team members Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment area What Weâre Looking For At least 2 years of dental assisting experience (private practice preferred) Valid Radiography and CPR Certification EFDA certification highly preferred Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and safety regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A team player with excellent communication skills Reliable, professional, and patient-focused High school diploma required; dental assisting school preferred Why Youâll Love It Here Consistent MondayâFriday scheduleâno nights, weekends, or major holidays A supportive, team-oriented work culture The chance to make a real impact in a growing practice If youâre ready to bring your skills, personality, and passion for dentistry to a team that values you, we want to meet you.
