Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, though we welcome recent graduates from accredited programs who demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to their craft.

• Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and hygiene support)
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
  • Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos
  • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
  • Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting
  • Support front office when needed (scheduling, confirming appointments, etc.)

  Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
  • X-ray certification required (California license)
  • Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
