Position Overview
As a Dental Assistant in our practice, you will play an integral role in delivering a concierge-level experience in a low volume but fast paced enviroment. This position requires professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine passion for patient care and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during cosmetic and restorative procedures, including veneers and Invisalign
• Prepare treatment rooms with a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and photography
• Ensure patient comfort while maintaining a calm, polished chairside presence
• Provide clear post-operative instructions and patient education
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
• Uphold strict sterilization and infection control standards
• Support a smooth and elevated flow throughout the day

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required, cosmetic experience preferred
• X-ray certification required
• Experience with digital workflows and scanning is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate needs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
