• Previous experience with CEREC crown procedures (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients
• Support team members and collaborate effectively to deliver seamless patient experiences
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Assist the dentist during a variety of general dentistry procedures
• Design, mill and polish crowns for CEREC crown procedures
• Occasionally assist the hygienist for an assisted hygiene workflow
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and pre/post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
