ABOUT THE PRACTICE

The Baby Teeth Studio is a boutique pediatric dental practice in the heart of Playa Vista and Marina del Rey. We specialize in caring for infants and toddlers through a holistic, biomimetic, airway-centered lens — treating the whole child, not just the teeth. We are intentionally low-volume. Every appointment is unhurried. Every family is known by name. Our team is small, close-knit, and deeply committed to doing things right. If you've spent time in a high-volume practice and wondered whether dentistry could feel different — it can. This is what that looks like.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who will work closely with our pediatric dentist to provide exceptional, relationship-centered care to our youngest patients. Your day-to-day will include: • Chair-side assisting during pediatric procedures • Greeting, seating, and building rapport with infants, toddlers, and their families

• Operatory setup, breakdown, sterilization, and infection control • Supporting our MyoMunchee Discovery Program for infants and toddlers with signs of sleep-disordered breathing • Assisting with parent education and clinical documentation • Contributing to a warm, organized, team-first environment

WHO YOU ARE

Required:

• Active California RDA license (no expired licenses, please)

• Genuine warmth and patience with babies, toddlers, and anxious parents

• Dependable — you show up, you communicate, and you follow through

• A self-starter who notices what needs to be done and does it

• Kind, collaborative, and drama-free

Strongly preferred:

• Experience in pediatric dentistry

• Comfort with infants and pre-verbal children

• Interest in or exposure to airway dentistry, myofunctional therapy, or tongue-tie

We will train the right person. Curiosity and character matter more than a perfect resume.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $22–$32/hr depending on experience

• 90-day review with compensation reassessment
