This candidate must be supper enthusiastic, full of positive energy, excellent customer service, great communication skills, organized and able to multi task. Experience is a must. If you speak Spanish that is a plus! The working hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and some Saturdays from 9am-2pm. The benefits include Health insurance, paid holidays and dental coverage. Competitive pay but depends on experience. Must have at least 2 year of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. The job duties include but are not limited to: 1) Communicate with patients via phone, text and email 2) Greet patients with a smile 3) Manage patient appointments 4) Check dental eligibility 5) Serve as a point of contact for any billing questions 6) Present/Input treatment plans 7) Present payment options through financing with patients. 8) Post payments 9) Be responsible for schedules and responsible for the office to meet monthly goals.
