What You’ll Do Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of general dentistry procedures Assist the doctor chairside in a full range of orthodontic procedures Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and treatment areas Take and process digital X-rays , intraoral photos , and impressions Record accurate clinical notes and assist with treatment documentation Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care Support front and back office tasks as needed to keep the day running smoothly Deliver a welcoming, professional , and caring patient experience What We’re Looking For: 1st RDA position - heavy Orthodontic experience 2nd RDA position - heavy General Dentistry experience Active Texas RDA license (required) 1–3 years of clinical experience Knowledge of Open Dental preferred Knowledge of iTero Scanner preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Team player with strong communication and organization skills Positive attitude, reliable work ethic , and commitment to patient comfort Shifts available on Tuesday , Wednesday , Friday , Saturday and Sunday Weekend availability ( Saturdays and/or Sundays ) strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay , based on experience Performance and productivity bonuses Medical and/or dental benefits available Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for career growth and continuing education If you’re looking for a workplace where you can make a difference, grow your skills, and be part of a team that truly values patients and people — apply today!
